Worried about you?

When you know something’s not quite right – and you’re ready to talk

Life has a way of piling up. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationship struggles or just that sense of not feeling like yourself, it’s easy to carry on, telling yourself things will pass. But if you’ve found yourself here, chances are you know something needs to change.

And the good news is: you don’t have to figure it out alone.

When life feels heavy, therapy can help

There doesn’t need to be a major crisis for you to seek support. Maybe you’re:

  • Struggling to sleep or switch off
  • Feeling overwhelmed by everyday life
  • Constantly anxious or low in mood
  • Feeling stuck, unmotivated or lost
  • Battling self-doubt or critical thoughts
  • Going through a big life change or loss
  • Just feeling emotionally off—and not sure why

Counselling offers you the space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. It’s your space, where you can talk freely, without fear of judgement or having to ‘keep it all together.’

Indoor or outdoor sessions – what feels right for you?

Every person’s needs are different, which is why I offer both indoor and outdoor therapy, depending on what feels most comfortable and helpful for you.

Outdoor Therapy

Some people find it easier to talk while walking. Being in nature can naturally lower stress, help regulate emotions, and make difficult topics feel less intense. There’s no pressure, no expectation—just a chance to talk as we move at your pace, in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Indoor Therapy

For others, a calm and private indoor space provides the consistency and focus they need. My therapy room in Fleet is welcoming and relaxed—never clinical. It’s a quiet place where you can feel safe, supported, and heard.

You deserve support

Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t need to carry it alone. It’s okay to feel unsure, nervous, or even overwhelmed about starting counselling, that’s completely normal. But even taking the step to explore your options is a powerful beginning.

Let’s talk, when you’re ready. Whether we meet indoors or outdoors, the space is yours.
